We are looking for two outstanding individuals to take up the role of Senior Creative Project Coordinator within our Operations Team. Key to this role is the project management of multiple disciplinary complex projects, projects with significant strategic, revenue and brand value to the firm.
They are required to swiftly assess project requirements, lead briefings and project status meetings. They manage and drive assigned projects from brief to execution managing stakeholder expectations and relationships along the way. They provide cover for the Operations Manager and support their peers and Operations colleagues as required.
Skills And Attributes:
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
Excellent project management skills couple with risk management (alleviating and de-risking where possible)
Meticulous attention to detail
Experience leading projects and collaborating with senior stakeholders
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders
An ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently and efficiently and respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
