Certification is awarded based on two integrated components:

Continuous Assessment (Applied Assignments)
Candidates complete multiple written assignments designed to evaluate leadership capability, decision-making, and the application of advanced project leadership principles in real-world scenarios. These assignments:1. Assess leadership behaviour and judgement
2. Evaluate application in complex organisational contexts
3. Contribute directly to certification outcomes
Final Certification Examination
A formal, timed examination assessing knowledge and judgement across leadership, strategy, and complex project environments.

Duration: 3-Hour Timed Assessment
