An Executive Search for an experienced Project Director to join its Senior Management Team and lead the successful delivery of major façade and building envelope projects across Ireland. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a key executive leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, project delivery, commercial outcomes, client relationships, and strategic business contribution.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing Contracts Management team, overseeing complex projects from post-contract award through to final account, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, programme, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of project delivery, commercial performance, and contractual compliance
• Client and main contractor relationship management at senior level
• Driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Supporting recruitment, succession planning, and organizational growth

About You

Candidate profile:

• 10+ years’ experience in senior project or operational leadership roles within construction, façades, or specialist subcontracting
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, technically complex projects
• Background in construction, engineering, project management, or related disciplines
• Experience within the Building Envelope / Facades sector in Ireland or the UK is advantageous but not essential
