Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of major projects valued up to €100M
  • Hold overall accountability for programme, commercial, quality and safety performance
  • Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary project teams
  • Manage senior client and stakeholder relationships
  • Oversee design coordination, subcontractor management, and supply chain performance
  • Drive cost control, risk management, and value engineering initiatives
  • Champion health, safety, environmental, and quality management
  • Contribute to wider business strategy and project planning

About You

Proven experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager with a Tier 1 main contractor in Ireland

Strong track record delivering large-scale projects in excess of €50M

Degree-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery lifecycle

Demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary teams across complex developments

Ambitious, driven, and looking to step into a senior delivery role

Eligibility

This role requires experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager with a Tier 1 main contractor in Ireland, delivering large-scale projects exceeding €50M. Degree-level qualification in relevant field and strong leadership capabilities are essential.
