About the Company
ODRL (Organisation Development & Research Limited) is an organisational psychology practice founded in 1996, with its headquarters in London and a global presence. Over the past three decades, we have developed from a research-led practice into a global consultancy, working with intergovernmental organisations, multilateral institutions, financial organisations and other complex institutions.
Our work is organised around four core pillars: navigating change, finding the right people, developing people and building thriving work cultures. Across these areas, we design and deliver tailored consultancy interventions that combine organisational psychology, research, evidence-based assessment and practical insights that create impact.
We are committed to sustainability, excellence, diversity, ethical practice, optimism and a strong belief in human potential. Our working culture is collaborative, intellectually stimulating, research-led and focused on delivering meaningful scientific impact for the organisations we serve.
