About the Opportunity

Clerical Administrator – Project Management Office
National Finance & Procurement Division
Location: Carrickmines, Dublin (Onsite 5 days per week)
Contract: Temporary, potential to December 2027.
Salary: €36,470
Hours: 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Provide key administrative and coordination support to a national transformation programme
  • Assist with programme documentation, reporting, meeting coordination, records management, and governance activities
  • Maintain project systems and trackers

About You

Key skills and experience sought:
- Experience providing administrative support within a project, programme, or organisational change environment
- Strong document management, reporting, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
