We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP project director to lead the delivery of our enterprise ERP programme, ensuring solutions are designed, built, tested, and deployed to meet the business objectives against clearly defined, integrated and co-ordinated requirements. You will play a lead role in the hands-on delivery of the solution across the functional areas of Finance, Human Resources, Operations and Business Development. Acting as a bridge between functional and technical teams, you will manage solution co-ordination, planning & scheduling, delivery, constraints and risk management across the project lifecycle.
With a get-it-done approach, you will drive alignment and delivery across the full scope of functional and technical project workstreams, solution architecture and technical governance. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in large scale ERP Project Management leading internal teams, vendors and systems integration partners to drive quality and timely delivery.
This is a hybrid role, based at either our Cork or Dublin office.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)
Experience: 10+ years of experience in ERP project management leadership roles, with exposure to systems such as SAP, Oracle, Deltek, Microsoft Dynamics, or others. Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms and digital transformation strategies.
