About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Project Director to join our Commercial Leadership Team, supporting the delivery of large-scale Data Centre construction projects in Ireland and across our European operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for commercial strategy, pre‑construction cost management, delivery-stage commercial control, and people leadership across multiple projects, campuses, and geographies.

About You

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial management/quantity surveying
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices
• Experience with large-scale construction projects, preferably data center projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead, as well as work well in a team environment
