Project Director- Europe

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Project Director for our expanding business either based in Dublin, UK, or Europe. The Project Director will have overall responsibility for managing and onsite construction of major/complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tender Team and manage the production of the tender
• Prepare the programme, method statements, and submission documents
• Chair start-up & internal meetings
• Manage employee resources and site logistics
• Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental plan compliance

About You

The ideal candidate will have 15 years of construction experience with finance control/reporting ability, knowledge of construction techniques, and a comprehensive understanding of Building and Health & Safety regulations.

Eligibility

Academic and/or professional industry-related management qualification is required. Membership of an industry-related Professional Institution is preferred.
