Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Project Director to join our Commercial Leadership Team, supporting the delivery of large-scale Data Centre construction projects in Ireland and across our European operations. This senior leadership role involves commercial strategy, pre-construction cost management, delivery-stage commercial control, and people leadership across multiple projects, campuses, and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead the estimating hub
• Workflow and delivery strategy
• Resource planning and utilization
• Client presentations and executive reporting
• Commercial negotiations with stakeholders
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics or a related field. Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial management/quantity surveying. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices. Experience with large-scale construction projects, preferably data center projects. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead and work well in a team environment.
