About the Opportunity
PFH Technology is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for producing and maintaining Project Trackers, status reports, and Project Workbooks to keep all project team members and stakeholders informed.
- Maintain and update risk and issue logs, raise any issues and risks with the relevant Project Manager or Service Director, and work on solutions.
- Support projects in managing required resources from various functions within Ricoh.
- Coordinate and attend project meetings with customers and stakeholders.
- Provide effective administration support for the project including reporting and document library administration.
About You
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Project Coordination
- Process driven with an analytical/logical approach
- Good understanding of Prince 2 methodology
- Excellent customer service, time management, and organization skills
- Intermediate Excel skills, strong communication skills, knowledge of project management tools
