About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of various technical and business projects. If you have a proven track record in project management and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Act as the central coordination point for technical and business projects, ensuring stakeholder needs are met
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
- Manage full project life cycle from scoping to post-implementation support
- Own project governance, including risk management and issue resolution
- Manage project budget, resource allocation, and conduct business impact assessments
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Support Deployment team with reporting tasks
About You
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of project management experience
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Project management certification (PMP or Prince2) is an advantage
- Experience in supplier management and producing project documentation
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams internally and externally
- Attention to detail, reliability, and excellent follow-through
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders
