About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of various technical and business projects. If you have a proven track record in project management and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central coordination point for technical and business projects, ensuring stakeholder needs are met
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
  • Manage full project life cycle from scoping to post-implementation support
  • Own project governance, including risk management and issue resolution
  • Manage project budget, resource allocation, and conduct business impact assessments
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project documentation
  • Support Deployment team with reporting tasks

About You

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of project management experience
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Project management certification (PMP or Prince2) is an advantage
  • Experience in supplier management and producing project documentation
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams internally and externally
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and excellent follow-through
  • Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders
