Responsibilities

• Own and lead the estimating hub
• Lead pre-construction cost management
• Manage project and program budgets
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to clients
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners

About You

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, minimum of 10 years experience in commercial management, strong knowledge of construction contracts, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
