Role: Senior Project Manager

Client: Main Contractor (Also Does Some Development )

Job - Residential - Housing

Location: North Dublin - All future work in North Dublin, Meath and Louth

Salary: 110K - 120K + Vehicle + Benefits (DOE)

Main contractor looking for a good strong Senior Project Manager to look after a housing project. All future work is in North Dublin, Meath and Louth so if you are in these areas the role will be suitable for you.

With a significant pipeline of work, they’re well-placed to have work for you in these counties in the coming years.

You will be responsible for the delivery of a housing units so experience with housing is something that is required.

Required Background:

• Further education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a Trade beneficial

• 10+ years’ experience in the industry

• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlines

• Maintain positive relationship with the client

• Track-record in managing site teams

• Strong awareness of Commercial elements of projects

• Must have full awareness of Irish building regulations

• Must have excellent communication skills
