Senior Project Manager

Trilogy International is actively seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager for one of our esteemed life sciences clients. This role offers a 24-month contract with an attractive daily rate, based on a hybrid model with two days per week onsite in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contribute to the end-to-end implementation of SAP S4/HANA across the organisation, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
* Manage a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop the change management roadmap and oversee its execution, taking full ownership of the process.
* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, while effectively managing available resources.
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in cross-functional teams to define business requirements and design SAP solutions that streamline internal processes.
* Oversee the configuration, customisation, and integration of SAP modules to meet specific business needs.
* Facilitate the cutover workstream, ensuring seamless integration into the broader programme.
* Monitor project progress meticulously, identifying risks and issues, and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
* Develop and deliver training solutions for all end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the new systems.
* Continuously evaluate and enhance SAP processes and functionality to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate effectively with onsite vendors to drive delivery and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* 15-20 years of demonstrated experience in project management, particularly on large-scale SAP transformation programmes, preferably within the supply chain domain.
* Strong hands-on project management skills, including planning, minute-taking, risk register maintenance, RAID log management, artefact management, progress tracking, and task follow-up.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
* Previous exposure to SAP implementations is essential, S/4HANA experience is highly desirable.
