Calling all high-calibre Project Managers! We have a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing & reputable Irish leading renewable energy company based in County Wexford.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing delivery of commercial projects in the renewable energy sector. Reporting to the Operations Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and effectively from sales handover to completion.

The Role

* Coordinate initial client communications upon receiving Sales handover pack.
* Review site survey reports and project plans for project planning.
* Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to vet quotes and assign Contractors to projects.
* Represent the company at client meetings, preparing and delivering updates professionally.
* Ensure timely project closure, updating CRM systems and handing over closeout documentation.
* Maintain and update Operations schedules daily, providing project updates.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
* Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying new methods and processes to enhance delivery, quality, and safety.

The Candidate

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Project/Programme Management using leading project management methodologies and processes.
* Understanding of project accounting procedures including quotes, purchase orders, and invoicing.
* Experience managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, supply chain, support teams, and third-party vendors.
* Proficiency in using CRM and/or document management systems (desirable).
* Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments (desirable).
