Project Manager, Permanent , Hybrid ,Dublin City Centre
Role and Responsibilities (including)
* Coordinate with senior stakeholders, business analysts, solution architect , production manager and customer relationship manager to ensure time delivery of requirements to feed into Agile development process.
* Facilitate and maintain the Business prioritised project list and manage associated communication.
* Manage communication forfeedback / questions between Solution Architect and development teams with business analyst and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
* Prepare project plans for multi team, multi-sprint deliverables and facilitate backlog management with engineering teams relating to delivery dependencies.
* Establish strong relationships across functional areas of responsibility.
* Liaise with the product delivery teams to identify and manage cross functional dependencies/impacts and coordinate meetings.
* Facilitate Agile process and scrums with coordination and follow up on daily items.
* Coordinate and facilitate Production Support input and issues into the sprint process.
* Prepare and present project and scrum metrics to ensure continued improvement in the deliver process.
What you need:
* Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
* Excellent communication skills
* 5 + years’ experience gained in a fast paced IT online e-commerce product delivery environment.
* Experience in a Software Development environment is required.
* Previous professional experience as a PM/PMO of technical teams in the software industry with parallel tech project
* Solid software engineering and product delivery background
* Strong knowledge of online and e-commerce product delivery and the technologies, challenges and trends relevant to online
* Knowledge of online payments desirable
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and comfortable producing tech level documentation, workflows, diagrams, etc.
* Excellent time-management and delivery managements of projects and recourses
* Driven and self-motivated
* Collaborative; ability to develop strong relationships within company departments to show great teamwork.
* Confident, sociable and able to interact directly and autonomously with a wide variety of stakeholders.
* Awareness of software delivery methodologies e.g. Agile / Sprint driven delivery
* Scrum Master certification and experience desirable.
