Programme/Project Manager – Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Oliver James have partnered with a leading Financial Services client who are seeking Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - Programme/Project Manager to join there team on an initial 6 month engagement.

This role is pivotal in the organisations overall transformation programme - the individual will play a crucial role in leading and delivering complex initiatives around effective business change while driving continuous/process improvement.

Requirements:

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified

- Financial Services/Banking experience

- Proven experience of delivery large complex efficiency programmes (using agile methodologies).

The role:

- 6 month day rate contract (with extensions)

- Competitive daily rate on offer

- Dublin city based (very flexible hybrid model in place - no weekly presence required)

**Candidates must hold relevant working visa - Stamp 1G dependent, Stamp 4/EU/Irish citizenship**

Desired Skills and Experience

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (Necessary)
- Project management qualification (Prince 2, PMP)
- Banking/Financial Services experience
- Proven exposure in running complex initiatives through process improvement/simplification with successful delivery
- Advocate for business change - with a background in Agile/Lean methodologies
- Ability to analyse data and be technically minded.
