This is a 12-month contract opportunity within their esteemed organisation

As an integral member of our team, you'll report directly to the Assistant Principal and contribute to the Governance and Regulatory Project This project is at the heart of their mission, aiming to establish a robust, effective, new governance model, ensuring the protection of the public and setting standards for regulated professionals.

Typically, your day to day will involve:

* Conducting thorough research on national and international regulatory frameworks
* Leading internal and external consultations to shape sustainable regulation plans
* Developing, testing, and presenting proposals to the Regulation Project Oversight Committee
* Collaborating with stakeholders to implement legislative amendments and operational changes
* Managing regulatory transformation and change management programs
* Anticipating and addressing policy requirements and digitalization needs

* Extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks, both Irish and international
* Proven experience in strategy development and execution within a regulatory environment
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent organisational and project management abilities
* Degree-level education or equivalent in a relevant discipline
