Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role that will suit someone who prefers to be out meeting clients, and not tied to a desk. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business through existing client growth as well as developing strategic partnerships with new clients from different sectors throughout Ireland. A skilled networker, you will thrive identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining our current client relationships, and negotiating new contracts that demonstrate our wide and diverse product and service portfolio. Crucially, when needed the Business Development Manager will collaborate with our teams throughout the business, utilising the skills and experience of all our existing team.

Qualifications

* An experienced professional, demonstrating credible evidence of building and growing client relationships
* You must be highly motivated, comfortable driving results, and relentless in searching out new opportunities
* Charismatic and skilled negotiator who is at ease with senior decision makers and their landscape
* Agile, able to quickly link innovative approaches when providing client solutions
* Skilled communicator able to express and convey complex ideas confidently
* Knowledge of industrial sectors market trends and analytics plus competitive advantages
* Someone who works hard building relationships, regardless of motive or agenda
* Ability to work independently yet fit seamlessly when working as part of the team
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
